City of Links #27

I apologize for this week being a little different. If you have not already heard. I have went into surgery on Tuesday for well to get fixed up on a suppose hernia that I have. My body is a mystery is what I have learned through this whole entire process. What I really went in for is a scope to see what was going on with me and if a hernia was present he would patch me up. I been in a huge ping pong match with the doctors. One doctor said I had a hernia, another said not, the surgery sergeant said hernia. Anyway, I got patched up and in bed resting. This happens to also be a weaning off week for my son because I am unable to feed him any more while recovering. (Honestly, I would continue to drag my feet about it if it wasn’t for this. I was out bonding time but he is a big boy now.) Also, my son got his first hair cut which I am sad about but it was time.

Now I have this party up early because I was not planning on being home. I am away for the weekend. Yes I am crazy for going away so soon after my surgery but this weekend is something dear to my heart and can never miss. The party will still start at 9AM. Have a wonderful, awesome, creative weekend everyone. Enjoy the party!
