Pantry Section Reveal

apartment pantry section reveal

Wait no more because the time is finally here. I know you have been dying to see the reveal of the pantry section. Thank you to everyone who left me such wonderful comments on my plan and progress posts for this project. It went from a dream plan to progress to a result.

I have been working so hard but, the hard work has made this project a huge success. I honestly can’t wait for you to see this but of course I am going to remind you of what the space looked like before.

Here is the before picture.

and here is the after picture.

Tour of New Space

Such a big difference from before don’t you think? There is no more useless space and that awkward small pantry is finally gone and has now been replaced with a medium size freezer, larger pantry (that can actually hold all of our food) and even added a spot to store our cleaning supplies.

Right Side

On the right side, you have a large picture and the small freezer that we bought from Walmart. I took the time to spray paint the poster frame that I bought from Walmart and changed the colour from black to navy blue. I wanted to make sure to add some colour since the space has many white and neutral furniture.

You have no idea how happy we are to have more freezer space. When I was clearing the old freezer I was little shocked to see that back of it. It is a rare event to see the back of our freezer. This freezer has made life a lot easier. It was a fantastic investment for sure. All big families should have one!

Inside Pantry

Inside of the pantry still remains the same at the moment. I have added homemade paper as my background and adding in shelving in the open area. I still have tons of work to do on the inside to make it organised and functional. I can’t wait!

Cleaning Section

This last area was a last minute addition that works perfectly for our place! This was originally in the kitchen but with the old pantry going in there, there wasn’t room or space for both. Placing it over here keeps it a little hidden and it does not block the entry of the balcony. It is definitely a win, win!

There you have it so far however there is so much I still have to share with you. I know this has been a long wait, but you are going to want to see what I am going to do with the inside of the pantry. You saw the decor that I did with the homemade paper and the shelves I have cut and added, next you are going to see the full blown organization of this new pantry I created!
