March Break Schedule

Happy First Day of March Break!

I am glad that the snow is finally melting but there is still more work to do. If you are a stay at home mom or a stay at home sister (I am both) then you are glad but not too glad to have your kids or siblings home for March Break (or Spring Break if you prefer) I have learned that when the kids are home, your refrigerator goes from full to empty real quick and you hear the words “I am bored” or “I am hungry” are heard a lot more than usual. Fear not, I have made a printable for your kids during this break. Here is a few tips I use to keep me well sane and organized during the week break.

1. Have a schedule.

There is nothing wrong with having some fun on a schedule. You know what they will be doing, it gives them things to do and your kids won’t be only watching TV or playing video games for hours.

2. Have snacks out.
During the time they are playing outside or making crafts have snacks out for them so you don’t hear the words “I am hungry

3. Plan Play Dates
This is the perfect time to grab a fellow mom and child friend to get out. Explore the city, go see a movie or hang out at home. It also keeps your kids distracted and having tons of fun.

4. Pick at least one Fun Outgoing
Not everyone can afford to go away for this week or may just not have the time. So, pick at least one place for family fun, it could be bowling, a movie, a picnic at the park or a museum or a family friendly show. Check for free outdoor movie nights or family activities going around in your city. It gives your kids something to look forward to and gives you a night or day for family fun.

If you are looking for a kid’s schedule for this week. I may have just what you are looking for. Check out my new free spring or march break kid schedule!

Don’t think that you only can use this for one day. Buy self-adhesive laminated paper in your local dollar store or Dollarama for $2.00 and use a whiteboard marker. You can use this every March or Spring Break every day of the week.

I hope you have some time, I would love to hear from
you. Leave a comment to say how much you enjoyed my post or even say hi, follow

the same! Have a wonderfully creative day!
