Dive into a relaxation at the salt cave. If you haven’t tried it. You should. I brought my work team and then my mom to Sante Healing Spa. I have never done this type of spa before so I was intrigued. This salt cave made me instantly relaxed. I am all about trying new things and crossing off dreams so finding this experience that is natural and great from my body had to go on my dream list to experience.

Why did I want to do this?
You may be wondering why I did I want to do this? Because I learned that it is great for your health. This cave is filled with Himalayan salt. It is all over the walls and ground to create this cave. So now you no longer have to travel far to get to a cave. I bought myself a Himalayan salt lamp for my room since my son has asthma so I figure a whole room would probably be even better. It is!

In case you are not a believer in this whole process. I dare you to try it. Because I know some people may not believe it, I brought a few skeptical friends and they were even in love with this salt cave. I even heard one say, they wish they had on in there home. Which, I agree. I wish I have one in my own home but since I can’t I am going to keep going. For now on, I am planning to do this at least once a month. It’s great for kids too!
