Create an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)

An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is a unique private space attached to or near the main home. These converted living spaces are perfect for family members looking for a place to stay while visiting or those looking for a more permanent residence. If you have older children or parents that need a space of their own, consider adding an ADU.

These spaces easily fit into your home and don’t take up much space. If an extra living space isn’t in the cards, consider making the ADU into your personal office space or an additional hangout space for your children to go when they have friends over.
