Let’s talk about Thieves essential oil! I have to say that this oil is one of my favourites when it comes to cold and seasonal sicknesses. This is the essential oil that I go to. I recommend it for cleaning the air, your home and well cleaning yourself from those pesky colds. Yes, this is one for the books when it comes to cleaning. It does wonders to the body, and your home and you can bet that it has a pleasant scent as well.
Why do I love this? Because I believe most problems have a solution with essential oils. There is an oil for that! What are Thieves?
Thieves essential oil is a blend of five essential oils. It is a combination of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus and Rosemary. This oil is known to have strong anti-bacterial, anti-fungal & anti-viral properties. Some people like to use it for cleaning purposes to disaffect and for when sick to help reduce and clear away symptoms. It improves a lot more than that. Below I am sharing all that this oil can do for you!

Internal: This oil is an oil that you can take internally however not by itself. You will have to dilute it and it has to be in a capsule. If not it can cause harm to your stomach. So, make sure to follow the directions carefully if it instructs you to take this oil.
Remedies
Immune –Â (add a few drops to the bottom of your feet with a carrier oil such as coconut oil daily)
Sore Throat – (mix with a tablespoon of water, gargle and swallow or add to hot water to drink)
Clean Air – (apply a few drops to your diffuser for 15 minutes)
Dental Health –Â (apply to gums and teeth)
Headaches – (apply one drop to your thumb and press it to the top of your mouth)
Toothache – (rub directly to the area)
Inflammation – (rub directly to the area with a carrier oil such as coconut oil )
Bee Sting – (rub directly to the area)
Natural Bug Repellant – (Dilute in water)
